Struggling in writing and listening marks, stuck at 63, 65, what daily routine I can follow to improve in these sections.

I have also given pte thrice but in second last attempt got S=71,R=63,L=64, W=68
overall = 66 and in third one got S=61,L=84,R=57,W=76 overall= 68. In listening most important task is WFD, it carries more marks than write essay also. I have also not achieved my desired score in two sections. Planning to give again..I am struggling with reading part. Sometimes some sections goes well and sometime another.. very unpredictable to say anything. While listening pay your whole attention to listening and don't waste too much time on any question of listening, try to complete WFD, this task will increase you writing as well as listening scores drastically because I have noticed this time that I have attempted all three WFD, however,my one SWT went completely wrong due to copy paste and all and time finished but still got 76 in writing.
