I have total of 5 years of experience as a hotel receptionist. In 2013, I joined as a trainee receptionist in the Hotel Columbia. I worked in that hotel for 3 years after I shifted into another hotel as a receptionist into Taj Banjara at Begumpet. I completed my hotel management in JNTU Hyderabad.
Hotel Receptionist job is a challenging one and you need to identify the customer's interest and their happiness. Sometimes you need to face critical issues with a smile. I always put smile on my face to happily welcome to the customers.
Present my shift days are Monday to Friday so I will be available on Saturday to take an Interview.
