The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much

The Pie chart gives nutritional information of three potential unhealthy ingredients for different meal. Overall, dinner accounted for the salt and then lunch accounted for both salt and saturated fat, while snack accounted for the highly added sugar.

Here, all ingredients are used more often in every meal time some little bit are different. As the mentioned in the pic charts, 43% of salt are eaten in the dinner, whereas 37% saturated fat are eaten in the dinner and 23% of sugar added in the snack item. Which is really more noticeable, significantly highly risk at elements of food are eaten at night, before sleep. In the other hand, we can see the chart for the lunch items. In the noon meal time, salt are consumed 29% which is high than the other elements, saturated fat are consumed 26%, parallel19% of sugar added in the lunch.

In this point view, the chart given more information serially like breakfast and dinner food ingredient. Mostly, added sugar in the snacks meal time, the percentage is 42, moreover used sodium and saturated fat at snacks are 14% and 21%. Culminating with the last meat time was breakfast, where all elements are used same ratio, no increased or decreased the percentage at all and that is 16%.

Hence, all food elements are unhealthy, however, unhealthy foods are eaten increased significantly.
