When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
In this contemporary life, there are many people who choose their job based on the size of salary. I disagree with this idea that money is the key for choosing a job, because I believe that other factors are equally important.
On the other hand, I agree money is one of the most important and necessary for living. For example, we all need money for paying and living conditions such as electronic bills, water bills, health and education fees. Most people consider it a priority to at least earn a salary that allows them to cover these needs and have a reasonable quality of life. If people choose their job based on enjoyment and non-financial factors, they meet difficult things and problems they have to face. In addition, artists and musicians are known for choosing career paths based on their love for that kind of art, they raise a family and are comfortable.
Nevertheless, I believe that there are other considerations that are just as important as what we earn in our jobs. Firstly, personal relationships and the atmosphere in the workplace is more important. Having a friendly environment and making new friends can make them feel more happy and especially become more active to go to work everyday. Secondly, many people's feelings of job satisfaction come from their professional achievements, the skill they learn and the patience they reach. Finally, some people choose their career paths because they want to help other people and make a contribution, which promotes an egalitarian society.
In conclusion, despite the big effects of salaries when choosing a job but people can become less happy and hard to work if don’t have other factors, I believe money is not weight at all.
