Guys, you must have been close to someone? However, after being close for quite a while, he suddenly disappeared and never made contact again. Have you ever experienced confusion like that? Actually, there is nothing wrong to feel upset. The confusion was created to decorate the days. Even though it is often interpreted negatively, it turns out that being upset is a good start to work. But we have a different way of expressing it. There are those who confide in friends and then isolate themselves in the corner of the room while crying and some are making it work.

When night falls, when confusion peaks, that's the best time to write. No need for paper and a pen to pour out sadness, you only need a notebook on your cellphone to start writing. Write whatever is being thought of, even if the paragraph or verse arrangement is messy. It doesn't matter, as long as the turmoil can spill over. Someday there will be a time when the universe will make you aware of one thing, that all the sadness of the past have turned into new works.

Personally, I often write down all forms of anxiety on a piece of paper or even write down on my cellphone, it can make all restless in your chest relieved. When I get upset, I can create poetry in a matter of hours which I sometimes upload on social media. Although I often improve the writing, because the sentence structure is not quite right. I have the principle that it is not good to drag on in sadness and adversity because it will have a psychological impact and can spread to other things. Such as not being enthusiastic about activities, not wanting to eat, not wanting to leave the house, and closing themselves off from the outside world. It will destroy itself slowly. Shouldn't we love ourselves first? Don't crush yourself against things that are not certain.

On the other hand, I am directly involved in activities related to nature, the first goal is to seek experience and knowledge while forgetting the turmoil that is being experienced. By going to nature I can feel absolute serenity, free without burdens, and thoughts that are often as chaotic. That is what I often do when there are other life problems or turmoil.

So the point is we shouldn't drag on in sadness, make all the sadness into good work later. Not only by writing, but you can also work in other fields, for example, just making songs, becoming a photographer, or doing outdoor activities to forget all the sadness that has been whacked. Remember that you are able and strong to live life, with or without him. Inevitably life will go on without asking if we are all right.
