The bar chart below shows the employment of all male and female workers by occupation in the UK, in the year 2005.

The graph illustrates women and men workers who employed by several occupation in the UK in 2005. The general view is that both genders show considerable diversity in terms of their job.

To specify, the biggest percentage of employment for male, which was skilled trades with 20 %, followed by managers and senior officials ( about 18% ). To compare with female, the highest point of occupation, Administrative and secretarial with 22%, which was much more than Associate professional and technical and Personal service ( 15% and 14% respectively ). Interestingly, there had equal occupation that were Process, plant and machine operatives and Elementary for men ( to 15 %), Manager and senior officials , Professional and Elementary for women ( just over a tenth).

On the contrary, there was big differences between both genders in their job, Female had as much as four times in the figure of Administrative and secretarial than male (22% vs 5 %).

To sum it up, when male had employed by their skilled trades, women did administrative and secretarial rather than male.
