Overall, Chain and United States are the top in the list in producing and consuming the power in 2014, Apart from Germany, all other countries are consuming slightly less power compared to what they are producing. In Germany it is somewhat opposite, they consumed more electricity than they produce.

In terms of production, China and India had produced around 5400 billion kWh and around 4000 billion kWh respectively and the consumption was 5322 billion kWh in China and in India it stood around 3800 billion kWh. Other than Russia, the rest of the countries consumption and production are below 1000 billion kWh while in Russia's consumption was 1038 billion kWh and they produced 1057 billion kWh.

In Germany the numbers are completely different than other countries, here they produced 526.6 billion kWh and consumed a bit more what they produced which is 582.5 billion kWh and it stand in Rank 9 in the list. The least rank goes to Korea, Rep, their consumption and production are less than around 500 billion kWh.
