Summarize information by selecting and reporitng the main features and make comparison where relevant.

The bar chart compares and contrasts data on the changes in the quantity of homes in owned and rented lodging from 1918 to 2011 in England and Wales. Overall, as can be seen, during given period of time the percentage of rented accommodation always declined , except 1953 and 2011, whereas the opposite situantion can be observed with the number of owned homes.
First of all, after having looked at the bar chart, it should be mentioned that in 1918 the percentage of rented households reached a maximum (approximately 78%), while in the same year the quantity of owned lodging was minor (rougly 23%). In addition, until 2001 there was a significant increase in the number of owned homes, also 2001 saw the major pick of owner-owned houses (about 68%). But this dramatic growth was followed by a slight decrease and to 2011 the mark approximately accounted for 64%.
Absolutely reverse situatian could be monitred with the percentage of rental accommodation and in 1971 the percentages of both types of lodging represented totally identical numbers (exactly 50 percent).
