The given diagram illustrates the information about different stages of ACME corporation's recruitment process.
Overall, there are many steps of submit application of candidates and this process ends by either offering a permanent position in the company or denying any position at all.
At a first glance, this process is initial with submit form of nominee's then they attend first qualifying interview. After that, they are divided into two categories - "meet the basic qualifications" and "do not meet basic qualifications". The second category applicants are disqualified while the candidates who meet the qualifications are further tested. In the next step, the qualified applicants take aptitude test, based on which they are either marked as failed or pass.
Probing further, the failed candidates are left out from recruitment process while passed applicants are offered six-month probation who are evaluated after probation period. At the last stage, company does recommended to those who succeed for permanent position in ACME corporation while fail are discarded by company.
