The line graph demonstrates the weekly income of three different types of full-time graduate employees including higher degree, first degree and others qualification with various age groups in 2002.

The first key feature shows that first degree graduates had the lowest amount of income overall for the whole period, beginning with around $360 in 21-25 year olds per week and rising significantly to nearly $700 in 36-40 year olds. Then remained stable and experienced a slight fall to $690 at 56-60 age groups. The first degree graduates nevertheless remained the lowest in terms of weekly income. Similarly, the weekly earnings of higher degree graduates had reached to the high of around $750 then fell consistently but again rose more steeply to just under $800.

On the other hand, others qualification income followed a similar upward trend, increased significantly and reached a peak at just over $800 in 36-40 year olds, dipped to around $720 at 36-40 age groups, then dropped marginally to under $700 at 56-60 ages.

Overall, with the exception of others qualification, the amount of money that graduate employees made generally went up, with graduates of higher education in 56-60 year olds easily outnumbering other types of employees.
