The pie chart and bar chart illustrates us necessary aspects for the employment purposes as well as skills, employers searching for in their employees.

In the pie chart, education accounted for 39 %, which is the highest contributor. Next to this is the work experience amounted up to 26 %, slightly more than passion and enthusiasm which cover only 24%. Furthermore, technical skills make up 7%, whereas only 4% is made up of references.

In the bar chart, organized skills are the highest entities mentioned in 100 job adverts. The second highest is communication skills which are nearly equal to 60 thousand adverts and nearly the same as motivation. Then, this trend is decreased from qualification to innovation from slightly less than 60 to slightly less than 40 per adverts in a regular manner.

Overall, the most important feature in employers for the requirement of the job is education as compared to references which are least. Whereas in terms of qualities, the owners want is an organization more rather than innovation, which is the least desired by them.
