Essay topics:

A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening. Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
– explain the arrangements you have made for them to get keys and enter the house
– tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
– say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening

Dear Jot,
How are you? How’s your preparation going on? I am writing this basically to tell that you that, I will not be able to pick you from the railway station.
I am extremely sorry to say that I will not be available at the time your train will be coming because I will be away from the city and will most likely come in the evening. However, I have arranged everything for you, when you reached the station call on 465456355, this is Jane my best friend's number, he will drop you and hand-over the keys of the apartment to you.
I would be coming in the evening around 6 o’clock till than just have some fruits which are placed in the fridge and if you want to order something just Jane knows about it, he will order for you.
In the evening, we will visit the historical art museum of Toronto, the biggest rose garden, and then will have dinner at a Punjabi restaurant as I know you love to have Punjabi food. After having dinner, we will go to the club to enjoy the nightlife of the city.
I cannot wait to see you. I hope you do not mind of the plan. Please write me back as soon as possible.
Yours Truly,
