Write a letter to the local planning committee. A new swimming pool is about to be built in your town, the local planning committee wants all residents to let them know where to place the pool - in the centre of town or just outside the town. Write a lett

Dear Committee,

I am writing this letter to address the plan of constructing a new swimming pool in my area. On behalf of 5th block of the society, I am volunteering to convey the decision to you. We have agreed on the location of the pool which is going to be in the centre of the town instead outside the town.

Firstly, I would like to appreciate the committee for taking such great initiatives which motivates the society members and excites the children.

In my opinion, Introducing a pool is going to advantage our health situation. Swimming on daily basis is going to increase our heart rate and we will feel more flexible at end of the day which is really important for a sound sleep and allows us to maintain a good life balance.

The strategy behind choosing the location which is centre of the town is that all the society members always have a pleasure to look at the pool from their windows which give all the building members a nicer view. And another reason is centre area comes under northeast direction which will keep swimming pool cool in the summer and hot in the winter. So there will be a less maintenance cost of the pool.

I would like to add that there were a huge disagreement by the society not choosing the place which is outside of the town. The main reason behind is the express highway which is located at the outskirt and placing a swimming pool there can be dangerous for the members. Because crossing the highway in anytime of the day is next to impossible and everybody of us avoid to go to that part of area.

We request you to establish the swimming pool in the centre of the town not the outside the town.

Many Thanks,
Shahin
