I am writing to you for lodging a file claiming of the insurance for a luggage which is lost during the holidays of last week.
The luggage is large in size with black color and there is a logo of 'President' brand at the top of left corner.
So far I can remember, the baggage was tagged properly from the booking counter properly. It might left to the wrong by the stuff as per the assumption of the airlines company .
