Hello Priya,
Greetings for the day.!!

I know it's not been long we have met when I have borrowed your White Party Gown. I am writing this letter to asking for apologies from you as dress was damaged in party.

As you know we have kept Black and White theme for my parents wedding anniversary party and last minute I didn't found any good gown so I have borrowed White Party Gown from you. Actually, during party I was collide with one waiter who was serving drink and all drink was fallen on my dress. I was immediately ran towards washroom to clean the dress but the stain remain same, even I had tried dry cleaning but not able to remove the stain from your dress. I know it's your favourite dress and sorry I have damaged it by mistake. But as a small gesture of sorry I have bought a new dress for you and I am sending the same via courier with this letter.

I hope you like new dress and accept my apology.

Kind Regards,
Divya
