Dear Accommodation Officer,

I am writing this letter with regard to the 3 bedrooms furnished apartment with 2 baths and there is 1 vacant room available and looking for a student to accommodate it. This suit locates on 15th street which is 5 mins walk to the college, supermarket, convenience stores and the bus stop is right in front of the apartment. The room is available immediately and looking forward to filling it as soon as possible. Rent is $500 including internet and utilities, the First and last month required with a 1-year lease agreement. A document containing a photo id and letter of the previous tenant is a must. I would be grateful if you would help me to find a suitable student to accommodate it.
