Ans:- Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Samvedna Puri, dweller of Haward Street, North London and i am a medical practioner by profession. I am inscribing this piece of epistle to express my willingness for voluntary work in a developing nation. Also being a social worker, i aspire to offer my services free of cost to needy people who do not have access to basic medical facilities.

Since, it has been 8 years working as senior doctor in Cromwell hospital therefore, i consider myself capable enough to bestow destitute denizens with medical assistance. My area of specification is cardiovascular hence patients suffering from heart diseases will receive medications without any charge and check up.

Even though, health associated aids are required in every part of world, this time i would prefer to commute underprivilaged villages of South Africa due to the escalated mortality rate. Moreover, hospital management approved a month break only but i can assure to utilise the maximum time each day.
