Dear Sir or Madam,

The impetus behind writing this letter is to appreciate the efforts you made at your school to teach students. Three months back, I had attended your cookery school to get some expertise in culinary art. Although the duration was only six weeks, I got the opportunity to learn how to cook international cuisines. Your teaching methodology is really commendable, particularly the fusion you do with various spices is exceptional.

When I left the school, I took admission in Masters in restaurant management. Along with the study, I am also doing a part-time job at a local Chinese restaurant, where I work as an assistant to the chief. In the supervision of the chief, I cook many Chinese dishes, and I am gradually getting hands-on Chinese food.

I would like to suggest that your school should also offer baking classes. During my summer vacation, I would like to join your institute to get to know how to cook different cakes, pizzas. I believe that there many things that I should learn about baking to get a job in any five-star hotel.
