Dear Sir,
I with my two friends are living in a four bedroom flat which was rented through your agency. I am writing this letter to inform you about the inconveniences we are facing with this flat that needs to be repaired at the earliest.
Firstly, we have an issue with our cooling system as the temperature has now reached to 40 degree celsius. Hence, we couldnot able to have sound sleep. This hinders our work performance. Besides this, our refrigerator has broken down and need to be repair soon. In this scorching hot summer we are struggling with these problems which are crucially need to be fixed.
As per our contract all maintenance services are on your part, we would appreciate if you could fix these issues as early as possible. On the other hand, we are finding the rent quite expensive,so we would like to add on one more stufent with us in spare bedroom hence,need your permission.
