It sometimes comes late and for the last few mornings it has not stopped when you hailed it. No change of schedule has been advertised. Dear Sir/ Madam,
I’m writing to your attention as an official complaint about bus number 102 in Abdoun neighborhood in Amman City.
I’m one of those who use the bus on each d ay to commute to work. The bus had been good and correct, however, in the past couple of weeks there was a major drop in the level of service provided.
I will start with the most important factor in bus services. Delay, during the past 10 days or so, there has been almost daily delay in the morning trips. I did check the published schedule and there was no change announced.
Another important point also, is the behavior of the drivers. In few occasions the driver did not stop when i hailed for the bus. In one time I was alone at the bus station and the drivers kept moving in spite seeing me. These two points have resulted in me arriving late to my work place.
And my last point is about cleanness, the bus was never “very clean” but cleanness level was slightly below average. But from recent time it became very dirty.
In the second part of this letter, I would like to suggest couple of improvement for the level of service for the mentioned bus.
First, accuracy of arrival and departure. Commitment to the schedule is fundamentally important for any transportation mean. Also I would suggest to train the divers on customer service and cooperation with passengers. One last suggestion is to start using technology in your transportation system like mobile application and digital signage.
