Dear Rahul,
I am writing to draw your immediate attention to the Laptop problem I am facing nowadays. When the lockdown was initiated in the month of March, we are asked to work from home. The laptop provided to me was old, from from the existing stock we had. Recently, the keypad of the computer has started malfunctioning.
I have to rely on mobile to work, which is quite frustrating. Moreover, the reply to the clients are getting delivered late, as working on mobile is not that efficient when compared with a laptop. Additionally, we were not able to submit the tender on scheduled due to this problem, which is going to cost a business loss to our company.
I request you to get this laptop repaired on immediate notice, to avoid any further deficit to our company. Till then arrange for another computer for the time being so that my work is not affected and can continue working from home. Let me know, to whom shall I handover this laptop to and from where to collect the new one.
I am waiting for your immediate response.
