Dear Mr. Momtazi

I am writing this letter regard to your decision concerning the rent of my house. I had shocked when I received your message. As you know, I have been living in this apartment about 5 years, in my point of view, our flat is very comfortable, convenience and has easy access to the hypermarket, cinema, city center, national park and so on. I cannot deny the fact that, one of the decisive factors that I unwilling to lost this house is commuting to my workplace is not time-consuming.

During this time that I have been living here, I have always paid rent on time, I also have tried to take care of the house properly and any of neighbors is not discontent of me. Since, I am familiar with home lease rules and regulations, you are not compelled me to pay more money for rent. Notwithstanding by the fact that I have a full time work, but I find it difficult to provide my house rent.

I would be most grateful if you would consider my economic situation and reconsideration your decision.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

Yours Sincerely

Mansoureh sheikh
