Some students prefer classes with frequent discussions between the professor and the students with almost no lectures. Other students prefer classes with many lectures and almost no discussions. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Every student has their own way of learning which makes them to choose their classes accordingly. In fact, it is important to do what is necessary to make a class more resourceful and educational. Some students might prefer to take classess with many lectures and no discussion. However, in my opinion I prefer the class with disucssions between professor and students. I feel this way for the following reasons which I will explain in the following essay.

To begin with, discussions in the class brings out confidnece of the students which means it helps the students to work well among other people. Some studnets are very shy and they do not have confident to speak publicly. The constant discussions in a class provide them self esteem and develop good commucation skills. My own expericence is a compelling example of this. When I started my university, I was very introvert and hardly took part in my classes discussions. After four years of learning in frequent debates classes among students and professor I develop confience of speaking in public. When I started my career in health marketing I gave presentations in the public with confidence as I had developed good communication skills. My seniors feel so proud of my work. This would not have been possible if I would never have taken the classes with frequent discussion. As a result, it is very beneficial to take classes with discussions among students and professor.

In addition, routine discussions in the classes develop different perspective of thinking of a person which means it increases our horizon of learning. When different people share their ideas in a discussion this help other people to think from their point of view. These ideas are unique and we always learn something new. To exemplify, in my last year of university did not like media class and thought that media always plays negative role in the society. There were lots of discussions in the classes about media and its effect that they changed my view about the media. The classes were so informative and educational that it clears my thoughts and provide me another perspective to consider media as a resourceful source for information, education and work. As a result, I prefer the classes with discussions because they provide different perspective of thinking which we sometimes do not think.

In conclusion, I prefer the classes with discussions and no lectures. This is because, debates in classes bring out self esteem of a person and develop good communication skills. Another reason is they develop intellectual ability and new perspective of thinking

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
