Introduction. about 5 seconds.
First, reason one... about 20 seconds
Second, reason two... about 20 seconds

1. For the introduction, don't need to paraphrase the speaking topic, simply make the choice. as short as possible.
2. For two reasons, don't spend too much time on one reason, while no time for another reason. half half if the best approach.
