Q. Which is a good way to write Integrated writing response:

1.Two sentences from the reading (same sentence structure NO PARAPHRASING), then a connecting sentence, and then 2-3 sentences of lectures?

OR

2. Just ONE TOPIC sentences word to word from the reading and then connecting sentence followed by lectures?

I've been using Notefull strategy for years but I don't see any improvement in my score.
Please share what you do to get a GOOD in this particular question.

Thanks

I think 2 is correct.

The correct pattern for TOEFL integrated essay writing (I got it from testbig site comments):

para 1: introduction
para 2: doubt 1
para 3: doubt 2
para 4: doubt 3

Less contents wanted from the reading passages(25%), more content wanted from the lecture (75%).

Don't need a conclusion paragraph.
