hi, i have toefl next month and i need to submit my writing essays. i know you have some problems with those hackers and your servers, but is it possible to open new type of account for public? EVERY body submit essay ONCE A WEEK. i think by this method your servers traffic won't go up. and you just receive a limit essays everyday. i cannot get vip for many reasons. thanks in advance.
