Hi, I have appeared twice for IELTS but didn't got my desired score. And given PTE once and again planning to give because last time lagged behind by 5-7 marks. Anyway, if you will compare both the exams then I would say all sections of pte is much lengthier than ielts specially speaking is too tough than ielts but yes as most people consider ielts to be biased, here its computer based exam so no question of unfairness. In pte you can achieve your desired scores if you will get the proper guidance and practice. Writing section of pte is easier than ielts and moreover, every sections of pte is interlinked, mean to say their marks are also dependent on each respective sections. And also prior to main exam you can test yourself by giving the gold kit by buying it on ptepreparation.com which is the official website of pte. Happy study :)
