Every generation of people is different in important ways. How is your generation different from your parent’s generation?
Nowadays, some may hold the opinion that there is no different between our generation and our parent’s generation, but others have a negative attitude toward it. As far as I am concerned, I agree that our generation is different from past generation because now we face with adventing the modern technology .My arguments for this point are listed as follows.
One of the primary causes is that technology provides a situation for expanding knowledge scope for people. What I mean is that, people can have a large amount of information by surfing the internet so there are a lot of people that have a high level of knowledge in variety of majors. It means is that modern people who live with new lifestyle is more experienced people than past people. My sister is a good example of this concept. She is very successful person in her work because she is an up to date person and always get new information that are related to her work by searching the internet. She indicates that to be successful person is easier than the past because people can learn practical ways or experiences on the internet without wasting of time.
There is a furthermore subtle point we must consider. People can keep in touch with each other’s by using the different applications that are free on the internet. Moreover, they can spend a lot of time with their family and their friend so they never feel lonely when they are far from their homes. Past people had to speak face to face with each other because it was the only way for them and there was not any technology for helping her. Furthermore, people who had gone another city or country for working or continuing education could not speak with their family. For instance, my father had gone to another city to doing crucial mission 10 years ago but he could not speak with us for days because there was not any facility and technology.
In a word, by taking into account all these factors, we may come to the conclusion that using the technology can accentuate the different of past generation and new generation.
