Many people have suggested that young adults should undertake a period of travelling before starting university

It is a common belief that adolescences should undertake a gap year before entering university. In my opinion, this trend would create certain benefits but there are will also be some drawbacks.
On the one hand, it is clear that teenagers spend too much time going to travel before starting college would create several advantages .One evident strength is that it would young adults go travelling before entering university can help them unwind my mind. My nephew, for example, after studying for a long period, gets a break to relax psychologically and physically. Another reason is that it would help they have a chance to experience different types of people and cultures to travel outside the country. My young brother, for instance, by travelling to Australia to help his knowledge of local cuisine, cultures, and people here. As a result, after finishing to holiday they more full of energy and easily achieve higher marks in university.
On the other hand, there are some obvious disadvantages that would arise. First, students could be easily distracted by learning in school after having a long break. It means that, these distractions prevent them from concentrating entirely on their students, which could lead to lower academic results. Second, they can passion about their adventure travel which leads to they do not want to come back to school. For example, my peers take part in tourism all around the world, it brings an interest in them. This would lead to them fell boring and difficult comeback in school where learn many theories and few practices.
In conclusion , I would argue that the holidaymakers during the period before joining the university have both transparent benefits and drawbacks that we should take into consideration.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
