The best way to teach is to praise positive actions and ignore negative one.
Author’s seems nice on his view but I would like to stand so far from authors Perspective. we know are societies very well in organizing ideas and praise them I want to put my view over authors perspective in contradictory manner, cause if the best way to teach is to praise positive actions and ignore negative one then nobody have not teach well and get accomplishment in the exams of life however he would passed in all rat race exams .
I want to give my own approach over the author’s view , and want to exemplifies my idea to that, if a society manager , who have several types of responsibilities to his society and he works well for the society due to this we praise to him for their work but when he take a negative action like fund scandal in the society fund for their personal use , and that time we only praise to him for their past work then it can be hazardous for the society .
Apparently author’s view has some positivity in their view but I would like to enhance my view on the basis of my personal experiences, One day , when I were in my early childhood , that day in my life was worst and great simultaneously because of my father’s view . that day I was needed to money for the friends birthday gift , but my father gave not enough as per my need and I plan to steal the money from my father’s pocket , at that moment when I was adding some extra ordinary action into my plan abruptly my father came inside and caught me on site . For this big mistake I was apologised to my father , and my father came outside with their money that day was great and worst for me simultaneously because if my father Didn’t do like that then may be the case that I am big radar this day so I want to say that it’s a great idea to praise someone for their positive actions but it is also necessary to consider negative action additionally , it is too important to praise some one for their positive actions but we have to consider very significantly over negative actions .
However author want to give this idea to us for our successive nation , because if a person is praised by some other then he have an idea that how good he is in that work and get motivated for that action but it is also play vital role that a person who is praised for their positivity also should be accused for their negativity.
In sum up I, to consider these evidences I can conclude my point of inference with the author’s assumptions that , it is needed to praise positive actions to teach some one but also necessary to accuse on their negative one . moreover if we accused by some one we also learn more frequently .
