Claim: In any field—business, politics, education, government—those in power should step down after five years. Reason: The surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership.

The above claim can be agreed and disagreed. In every field there will be a starting point. Everyone starts from the scratch. I will build my essay by using two fields: business, and education. And present my point of view in both positive and negative impacts of the above claim.

Firstly, business. Business is a field where a person invests his money, time, and hard-work. This person builds his business by undergoing all the difficulties , overcoming all the hindrances which comes in his way. Be persistent through his struggle. After all the struggle and pain he will be successful and continues to improve throughout his life. At some point if he decides to hand over his business to a new leader, then there is no surety that this decision will be an advantage for the company. Because, having a successful business was the dream of that person to have a successful business. The new leader, we are not sure of how he will lead the company. The decisions made by him may jeopardize the company's future. So, instead of completely retiring, the person who owns the business must make all the important decisions regarding the new ideas about the business. In this way, the company will be in safe hands and will be updated to the current trends of the business.

Secondly, Education. In the education system, the person who started the institution must step down after a few years. Because, education is a system where every other day there will be new syllabus, technologies etc. to react to. Hence, a person who has graduated recently will be more aware of the current education system than the person who has graduated quiet- a few years back. This situation is different from the one described above because, the previous situation needed a person with great interest and lot of determination, because the previous one was money making but the education system is not so. In any educational institution, it always good to have different leadership after five years. The one who will be newly appointed will have better hold of the new educational requirements demanded by the present world and will know how to apply them.

Hence, there are different situations for different field.
