The given graph shows the changes in mass of fish and various meat consumption for each person per week over five 5-year periods from 1979 to 2004.

In 1979, each person ate beef in the highest portion among all meat that mentioned in the graph. There were more than 200 gram beef on average that was consumed while jus about 140 gram chicken was ate at the time. During the periods, the consumption for both chicken and beef fluctuated. But the demand for beef tend to decrease that just approximately 110 gram beef people ate in 2004 while chicken consumption tended to increase steadily, 250 gram chicken in 2004.

The consumption for lamb also flucuated during the periods, but this meat was less intersted in 2004. The mass of lamb that each people consumed fell down from 150 gr in 1979 to just 60 gr in 2004. Interestingly, people ate fish in the average remained mass which was around 40-60 gram.

Overall, the mass of each meats that people consumed fluctuated. While demand for four-legs animals tended to decrease significantly, demand for two-legs animal tended to grow up gradually.
