The diagrams below show the stages and tools used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.

The graphs illustrate the steps and the tools used in the process of making cement, and the way cement is used to make the material for building purpose. Overall, it is noticeable that both cement production and concrete production have some stages in their process before producing the material.

Firstly, in manufacturing the cement, both limestone and clay are crushed together in crusher machine to get any powder. Then the powder is put to the mixer in order to get well-mixed powder. After that, the mixed powder is processed in rotating heater by rolling the powder in a cylinder, and then it is heated by flame sprayer. As a result, the cement is produced by grinding the material from heating stage, and the final stage the cement is packaged into a bag and is ready to be used as building material.

In the line with the first graph, the cement is processed to produce concrete. First of all, 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand, and 50% small stones are mixed together in concrete mixer. Furthermore, it will take a few minutes to create a good concrete because the concrete mixer must spin the material around first in term of getting the well-mixed material. Finally, the concrete is ready used for building purpose.
