Natural gas and hydropower were used approximately 20 and 4 quadrillion units in 1980. There was then some fluctuation of the natural gas and hydropower consumption from 1980 to 2010. It then is forecasted to remain unchanged until 2030. In addition, nuclear and solar and wind power consumption rose negligibly over the recorded period and there is then a slight increase in both of consumption until 2030.
To conclude, it is obvious that petrol and oil and coal are popular, while natural gas and hydropower are less used among US residents.
