The graph illustrates fish and meat consumption of European countries between 1979 and 2004. Overall, it can be seen that chicken, beef and lamb make up significant part of meat consumption.

First of all, usage of fish keeps its line at same so this number is 50 gram per person per week for all years. In contrast to fish, lines of meat consumptions are seen more differently. For instance, line of lamb usage begins form 150 gram and goes down year by year but consumers of beef reached peak point in 1984 after that line of beef goes down again as indicator of lamb consumption. Moving on to chicken consumption, which there is exponential improvement from 1979 to 2004. When you look at the line, it shows us the amount of usage was 150 gram in 1979 but after one fourth of century this index was seen approximately 250 gram per person per week.
