Nutrients in Medium Baked Potato and Macaroni

The pie charts compares the basic nutrients that a person can accumulate after consuming a medium baked potato and a macaroni. It can be clearly seen that carbohydrates remained to be the highest component for both, while the other nutrients stayed to be the least for macaroni and saturated fat for the medium sized baked potato.

Let us take a look at the medium sized baked potato. The carbohydrates got the largest portion with 35%. It was followed by a protein content, which is 25%. Then the glucose was almost half of the content of carbohydrates which is 15%, while the other nutrients simultaneously got 15%. Lastly, saturated fat garnered 10%, which is the lowest.

However, when we considered the macaroni it has the greatest percentage of carbohydrates which is 52%. The saturated fat arrived at less than half of the components of carbohydrates which is 21%, while protein and glucose got the same proportion of 11%. The other nutrients is considerably in the least percentage which is only 5%.
