Reading two bar charts.
The first bar chart illustrates the number of marriages and divorce in USA over 30 years which is began from 1970’s rate until 2000’s rate. The second bar chart informs status of marital among adult people in America by 1970 to 2000.
It is true that, in general view, the rating marriages in USA experienced decreases if we compare datas in these two years. On the other side, the second bar chart showed that the number of people who were married reached greater point than adults who were never married, widowed, and divorced in this period.
In the first chat, marriages rates are started with amount of people obviously 2.5 millions, and went down continuously till reached only 2 millions people. Conversely, divorce rates ever experienced a peak under marriage rate in 1980 at amount of people 1.5 millions.
In the second chart, status of marriages over two periods informs that divorced status rose up by just under 10% of adults. Additionally, adult Americans also reached an increase in 2000 in the status of never married by only about 5%.
