In the first diagram, there is no much building along the beach of Brightsea. At the middle of this area was located a circle building, Lighthouse, to south of it, is location of Lighthouse keeper's house. To the north of it, there is Jetty. It is fishermen's cottages at the end of the bay to south-east. Whilst, the second diagram show a plenty of change that will be built. The fishermen's cottages will be replaced with two different building, Restaurant and apartment. It will be built supermarket and parking lot at the west of circle building. The south of Brightsea there should be a resort complex which are hotel, sailing club, and ferry wharf that supported by telecommunications antenna.
Last diagram, the implementation of the blue print does not match with the fact. Ferry wharf has been build nearby east of lighthouse, the cottages changed to café, and there is only small shop at corner of three junctions. Only hotel has been built among three buildings based on the plan at the complex resort,. The road has been built to traffic in Brightsea.
To sum up, the implementation of the blue print of the Brightsea is not much changed since 1950 until today.
