Dear Sir/Madam,

The reason I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction about the service which I received on 27th June 2014 at your computer store. After only two times it was in use, problem started to appear.

Within one week, there was an issue with the sound drivers and having a hard time to manage it. When we complained about this issue, system engineer came to verify the issue and asked us to handover the CPU to rebuild with required sound drivers and informed to collect the CPU in a week.

I went to collect the CPU after one week and the issue was not fixed and your staff promised me that CPU would be given at my place as a “Token of Concern” towards Customer. But they did not handed over the CPU as mentioned and when I enquired about the same, system engineer did not gave proper response for the delay in delivery and the status of the issue. After multiple follow up to your service center I could able to collect CPU with great difficulty.

I am very disappointed with both the system and the service that I have received. Therefore I expect a full refund of $150 as soon as possible.
