The offer letter, dispatch number is A203123, has been issued to me fifteen days ago from the renowned corporate company. The new appointment offer is lucrative certainly and it was also accepted by me as well. But, remorsefully, my decision had to change for not to join cause of some family issues.
Please be informed that my elder son is at class three. Every day at morning, I have to make a trip to reach my adolescence at school, is a major family duty from my side. Unfortunately, new office location will be a different direction from the school lane, if I join there. Thus, travels in these two pathways, I could not manage my time. Additionally, my wife is not also interested to change my job now.
After passing the hurdle interview, the company selected and gave me a chance to work in a famed organization. The compensation package was absolutely better and for that I am really grateful of the HR management.
The environment of my present office is friendly and embracing. All co-workers and supervisors are very helpful and my remuneration is good enough to maintain my family and also has a good career in the current position. Recently, my office resumed some facilities such as PF and gratuity which satisfied me more.
