Your car is hired from a company and while you are driving on a holiday. You have a small accident you will have to write a report to company to complain. When and where you hire it. Describe the accident .what action you take after accident.

Dear mr. Bhatiya,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your car which I hired last Saturday from your city branch "Pleasure", when I was planning my holidays for hill station.

As I had already told you on the time of hiring that I wanted to go to "Mansuoori" for spending my quality time with my family.why you suggested me this car ? You have to told me about the proficiency of brakes on the hilly and slippery roads. On the journey, when I was enjoying some fun and frolic activities with my family, a little boy came in front of my car and that time I could not maintain the blance and to save that boy, I tried to stop the car but the brakes were not working properly. So that's why I turned the car on the tree side and it got hit with tree little bit. The bonnet of the car is damaged slightly.

I am pleased to inform you that, no body got hurt with this accident. As I was with my family so stopped that car in a side and hired another one to reached at the planned venue. I was really sorry for this accident but that is not only my fault you have to told me about the real condition of the car but we manage the repair expenditure. I am not making any complain against you because I was thrilled to find out all of us were safe.
