In some cases, when we go into a restaurant or receive home delivery, a student wearing a gown to work on the other end provides the service. There are a few factors that encourage students to do short-term jobs and this tendency has both positive and negative sides.
First, in terms of benefits, youth reap a lot of benefits by working part-time. The additional income source helps them support the family besides covering their own expenses. If a student is cautious enough to obtain a position in a field that is relevant to their field of study, the work experience will raise their resume standards. Students can also manage their time effectively while working part-time. Furthermore, an organized lifestyle prevents young people from indulging in unwanted activities.
On the downside, working while studying makes students have little or no time to nurture their interests or talents. Furthermore, students working part-time face a lot of pressure at such a young age. It can even affect their performance at school or university as they may not have enough time for their studies. Many scientific researchers have proven that the academic performance of young people with part-time jobs is not equal to those of young people who do not work part-time.
In conclusion, after analyzing the situation, it is not difficult to realize that working from home has both advantages and disadvantages. If students choose to work, care should be taken to ensure that their health and study are not affected.
