The graph illustrates the rate of people applied in five types of work in a specific region of Australia from 2001 to 2008.
Overall, Sales was the most popular job among people in both years, while Farming experienced the opposite.
At a fleeting glance, around 160 thousand people preferred doing sales in 2001, and in 2008, there were more than 10,000 people who applied for that job. In the first year of THE period, the number of people who chose computing and nursing was the same at one-third of sales, However, at the end of the period, those who chose computing increased about 10,000 people, while those of nursing were only 5,000 people.
Regarding two other careers, accounting had 60,000 people in 2001 and decreased by only 1000 people in 2008. Moving to Farming, this category had by far the lowest rate of employment in 2001 with only 20,000 candidates which continued to drop to under 20,000 after 7 years.
