Overall, from 1970 to 2020 there is marked increase In the number of births happening but huge decrease in the number of deaths. The ratio between death and birth have rapidly increased.
In 1970 death rate is slightly less than the birth rate whereas in 1980 the death rate has increased as per the birth rate according to the data provided by the united nations.
But in recent years, like in year 2000, 2010 there is sudden increase in the birth rate but the death rate remain low only, ratio between the two has increased enormously .
From the data we can summarise that because in the advancement in the sciences the death rate is decreasing, but birth rate is increasing that can be resulting in the increase in population of the Switzerland in further more years.
