The chart below show the proportions of British Students at one university in England who were able to speak other languages in addition to English, in 2000 and 2010

The pie chart depict an information about the percentages of British's university's student in England who can talk in languages other than English. The information were given within a decade difference.

Overall, we could see that the biggest proportion (more than one-third) was in no other language which mean the British students can't spoke any other language except English. At the other hand, the lowest percentage was in German which mean few of them can speak German besides English.
In a decade, there were exactly 5% grows in few section, like two other language, another language and no other language. On the contrary, Spanish and French were drop 10% in that 10 years’ time.

For summary, from the given information it was stated that most of the student were purely an English speaker while the number of Spanish and French speaker were decrease in a decade time.
