The graph reveal some information about the time that people spend on using telephone, given in billion units, from 1995-2002 in the UK. As we can clearly see during this span of time local- fixed line had stayed in the first place.
The figure shows that total number of minutes of local- fixed line calls had an upward trend from approximately 70 billion to the optimum point which is 90 billion. Then, it gradually fell back to the 1995 figure by 2002.
On the other hand, the time that spend on national and international- fixed line steadily grow from near 38 billion to 60 billion. In the similar sense, the total number of mobile usage had rose gradually through the first 4 years. Then, it sharply elevate and reach somewhere in the vincity of 43 billion.
Overall, through the 7 years from 1999 to 2002, the gap between three categories became narrower than earlier time.
