The given charts detail the statistical report comparing the number of individuals(per thousands) who pursued in the field of science and education from the developed and developing countries over a period of 10 years from 1980 to 1990.

Looking from the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that over the period as a whole, the industrialized countries outweigh the developed ones with regard to career and research in science and education.

According to the given illustration, individuals in the industrialized countries spent nearly 9 years of schooling, which was nearly 3 times more than the developed countries. Also, whilst more than 40 in every 1000 people opted to be scientists and technicians, the same was just close to a quarter in the developing countries. Furthermore, only $50 billion was invested by the developing countries on research, whereas the amount trebled in the developed nations.

After a decade, besides a significant increase in both the nations, a plunge in spendings was witnessed in the developing nations, just $5 billion compared to $350 billion in the developed nations. Moreover, While the average schooling years in the developed nations crossed 10 years period with more than 60 individuals as scientists, just one-third of that was reported in the developing nations.
