The two pie charts provided reveals the information on the satisfaction in customer service which the Parkway Hotel offered to their visitors in 2005 and 2010 through a 100-people survey.
As can be seen from the charts, the hotel had done a significant improvement in serving their customers.
In 2005, there is a mere of 5 per cent of the guests rated excellent when staying there, accounting for the least share. 5 years later, however, saw a potential growth in the number of people extremely satisfied with the hotel’s customer service, stood at 28 per cent, almost 6 times larger. Along with the excellent reviews, the figure of guests found the service here good rose as well, approximately triple in size. The satisfactory review of the service used to be the largest share, however, over a 5-year period saw a more than half decrease in the number of guests rated, from 45 per cent to 17 per cent, granting in the third place. Because of the effort to develop their customer service, as a result, the Parkway Hotel received a dramatic fall tin the bad reviews, from 21 per cent in poor and 15 per cent in very poor to the low of 12 per cent and 4 percent respectively.
