The diagrams illustrate the procedures of cement manufacture and concrete production.
Overall, the manufacture of cement necessitates various equipments and multiple procedures. However, the production of concrete is simple when compared to cement production.
Cement production involves 5 procedures and 4 machines. First, the raw materials of limestone and clay are crushed into powder in crusher. Then the concotion of limestone powder and clay powder mix in a mixer befor rotating and heating in a cylinder. Afterward, the semi-product is grinded to the final product of cement that ready to pack in bags.
The produciton of concrete merely involve a mixer, however, the proportion of raw materials is contant. The raw materials include cement(15%), sand(25%), water(10%) and gravel(50%). After dumping all the perscise percentage os materials into a blender, the mixer will start to spine. The fully mixed mixture is concrete that used for building purpose.
