The amount of refferals recieved from January to June in 2011 , by the Tourist Information Office in one city , showcases by the given linear graph.

At a glance the graph reveals a surge in personal and telephone enquiries while the enquiries by letters have declined with the time. Eventhough the in person referrals encountered the lowest number and letter/email enquiries showed a higher number than in person referrals by January, there is a significant reversal pattern of above two types by June.

Simultaneously, in person refferals have been started at the lowest number between 400-600 while letter/email and telephone enquiries taken up relatively higher numbers of 600-800 and 800-1000 respectively. Even if the starting numbers were like that , By June , in person refferals were grown upto 1800-2000. On the other hand telephone enquiries also show acontinuous growth with slight fluctuations until June while letter/email enquiries have shown a steady pattern until March but declined between march to June which has shown a negative growth.
